I know how hard it can be to stay on track or resist temptation of unhealthy foods when life gets busy. I also know how frustrating it can be when you want to cook healthily, but just don't know how without turning to bland, flavourless food!

Lucky for you guys, I love food just as much as you do. The kind that's jam-packed with flavour, but will give you all the health benefits with it as a bonus!

With this e-book, I want to show you that healthy food doesn't have to be boring, tasteless, or hard to make. Also, that you can still enjoy your home-comforts by just making a few simple swaps, or switching up your cooking method!

About Me

Hi all, and welcome to my site!

I'll be honest, nowadays when people ask what I do for a living it's hard to give a definitive answer. Since I started working as a free-lance personal trainer, I have been fortunate enough to create a lifestyle that involves a wide variety of job roles. To give you a little insight, here's a little more about what I do and some fun facts to go with it!

  • I own and manage London Rooftop Gym which is where I carry out my private personal training sessions and hold my own rooftop bootcamp events. Feel free to check out the website here.
  • I am an online coach and help people achieve their health, fitness, & lifestyle goals to those who can't access my face-face personal training services
  • I create content ranging from magazine articles, to recipes, to website and social media blog posts for various brands. A few brands you may recognise are Garnier, Holland and Barrett, and TRAIN magazine.
  • I collaborate with various brands and work with my sponsors Reflex Nutrition & The Gym Chef at various events. One of my proudest moments was to take a fitness class for Adidas during the launch of their new Ultra Boost X Trainers
  • I use social media as a platform to reach as many people as I can in the hopes of educating, inspiring, and motivating people to live healthier balanced lifestyles
  • As a fitness model I have appeared in magazines such as Your Fitness, TRAIN & TRAIN for her
  • Fun Fact: Working as an Indian female in the fitness industry has not been (and still isn't!) smooth sailing, but one of my aims through my social platforms has been to inspire Asian women to go after their hopes, goals & dreams. No one should fear the opinions of negativity in an ever growing society!
  • Fun Fact: I used to compete in Under 21's British National trampolining competitions
  • Fun Fact: I studied a year of Physiotherapy at Brunel university but ended up completing my degree in Sports Science (BSc)
  • Fun Fact: I have competed as a bikini athlete in three fitness modeling shows, and won first place in a physique/performance based competition
  • Fun Fact: I have been fortunate enough to travel to over 25 different countries... and still counting! My favourites so far have been Mexico, Sri Lanka, and Florida because the kid in me just can't get enough of Disney Land and Universal studios!
  • Fun Fact: I have four vices. Chocolate, ice-cream, popcorn, and Nachos.

I am really looking forwards to using this site as my hub to share yummy recipes, informative blog posts, and everything else I am passionate about! I hope you're excited as much as I am for all the content to come!
